Within the Planning Area, four areas have been identified for potential expansion of the City limit. These areas are referred to as Study Areas, as described below.\n\nThe North Study Area is an approximately 646-acre area adjacent to both the northeastern corner of the City limits and to Grant Line Road near the Sheldon area.
