Service Description: This layer contains the land use types for the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan area. The Laguna Ridge Specific Plan encompasses approximately 1,900± acres and is in the southwestern portion of the City of Elk Grove. It lies west of Highway 99, south of Elk Grove Boulevard, east of Bruceville Road and the East Franklin Specific Plan area, and north of Bilby Road and the area referred to as the Southeast Policy Area. The Land Use Plan includes a mix of single and multi-family residential, along with various commercial/retail and employment sites. It also includes approximately 153 acres for parks, 86 acres of paseos, open space, and 127 acres for schools.
